The Emmanu’-EL Apostolic Gospel Academy (EAGA) Gospel Choir is thrilled to announce a monumental milestone in our journey—our inaugural Gospel Album! Recorded at the prestigious British Grove Studios in early 2024, this album marks a transformative moment in our ministry. Set for release in 2025, this project promises to uplift, inspire, and stir hearts deeply around the globe.
A Legacy of Service and Harmony
Since our humble beginnings in 2003, the EAGA Gospel Choir has been a steadfast beacon of hope and community. From the streets of Leicester to the wider regions of Leicestershire and beyond, we have shared the message of love, unity, and faith. The choir is known as a powerful, dynamic and spirited group, profoundly touching and changing lives whilst building bridges across cultures and generations.
A Testament of Resilience: The Profound Songs of the Album
Our debut album is a labour of love, featuring 12 spirit-stirring tracks:
- 10 original songs, penned by our extremely talented choir members during the reflective yet challenging days of the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020. These songs capture the raw truths, experiences, spiritual depth, and unshakeable faith that defined that period.
- 2 cover songs, arranged by our own choir director and maestro Jordan Anderson with the EAGA Choir’s unique vibrancy, heavenly wall of sound and heartfelt harmonies.
This collection represents not only our resilience but also our unwavering commitment to creating God-timely music that heals, restores, and celebrates the enduring power of faith.
